IMPORTANT:
The billing
information you provide must match what your bank or
credit card company has on file. Any variance could
delay or void your order. Some orders may be verified by
telephone.
Order
Confirmation: Orders are confirmed with an automated
response service so you will also receive a copy of your
order via email.
Product
Guarantee- All items are guaranteed to be delivered
free of manufacturer's defects. If any item has a
manufacturer's defect as determined by the manufacturer,
it will be corrected by them at no charge to you.
Returnable
Items: Items marked as
RETURNABLE in our online store or in our correspondence
to you may be returned for a refund within "15
days of the date shipped". Items must be in
new, unaltered, unworn condition (no scratches, scuffs,
etc.) and in our original packaging. Items returned in
any other condition will not qualify for a refund.
Shipping and
packaging charges are not refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items that are not returnable are
clearly marked as not returnable... they are special
ordered just for you.

Shipping
Time: Most in
stock items ship in about 2-5 days depending upon the
day of the week ordered. Some items take
additional time and it is clearly noted in the product
description or information.

Damaged
Deliveries: All items are carefully inspected prior
to shipment and carefully packed for delivery. In the
unlikely event an item is received damaged or if there
is an error, you must report it to us within 24 hours of
delivery. Call (231) 938-2582 or email us at
service@TheSheepieStore.com . Since all orders
are shipped insured, you must save all packing
materials for an inspection by the shipping company.
Failure
to Deliver by a Promised Date: If we do not
deliver by a promised date and it is because of an error
on our part or one of our manufacturer's, the remedy
shall be limited to the reimbursement of the full
purchase price of the item ordered. We will not be
liable for any expenses beyond this. Note that when we
indicate that an item generally ships in about
so many days, this is NOT a promised delivery date.
If delivery delay is due to the shipping company such as
FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service, etc., we will not be
liable nor responsible for the delay. It is the
shipping company's responsibility to deliver in the time
frames they advertise. Any remedies shall be in
accordance with the shipping company's policies. Note
that all orders are shipped via insured delivery in case
of loss while in their control.

reserve the right to correct any and all errors and
omissions. Store policies and terms are subject to
change without notice. Many items are not pictured in
the actual size... refer to measurements provided. We
have done our best at scanning images to insure correct
colors on our equipment, however, colors will vary... do
not use the online colors to determine actual colors
because computer monitors/settings may alter the actual
colors. Use of this site constitutes your agreement to
